1st San Marino Exam for Judo Black Belts
1st San Marino Exam for Judo Black Belts
On Saturday 12 January 2019, the first San Marino exam for black belts was held at the ex-Mesa gym. This is a historic event for the San Marino Judo Federation and from which, until today, it had delegated these functions to the Italian sister federation, also as regards the San Marino athletes. It is an initiative that restores the dignity of national federation to the FJS and from, relieving the Italian federation of a task that is not its own.
This initiative will be followed by others, such as the course for judo technicians and trainers, their continuing education and national championships also open to Italian regional representatives.
This will not preclude a break with Italy, on the contrary, the collaboration and support of FIJLKAM will be even more necessary and will continue in the European field where the two federations, united by judo language, culture and training, will be aligned in facing the problems. of continental Judo.
