The daily workouts will be held at the Ex-Mesa gym, Strada La Ciarulla - Serravalle (Republic of San Marino). Acceptance of enrollment and participation is always subject to the unquestionable assessment of the technical staff of the international highly specialized center according to the homogeneity of the level of the participants and the achievement of the maximum number allowed (maximum 60 athletes). The international highly specialized center reserves the right to refuse enrollment by communicating the decision to the interested party within 3 days of receipt of the enrollment request email which, in any case, must be sent at least 20 days before the date of arrival. All "last minute" registration requests will be accepted unless the maximum allowed (60 athletes) is not reached.

 

Registration is open to athletes aged 17 or over - 1st Dan.

For minors it is mandatory to attach the authorization of both parents to the registration form. Registration is considered valid only if followed by regular payment of the entire registration fee according to the methods indicated in the relative form to be sent by mail to ...................................... with the bank transfer receipt attached.

Any cancellations made 5 days before arrival will not be taken into consideration and the amount paid will be retained as a penalty.

 

In case of non-attendance or interruption of attendance during training sessions, no refund of the fee will be made.

Participation in daily, weekly and monthly training sessions provides for the free use, for the duration of the course, of the equipment made available by the organization (muscle-building room, sauna, athletics track) with the user assuming responsibility.

Athletes are required to use all the material and equipment made available during the course with the utmost care and diligence, subject to payment of any damage caused. The use of equipment not previously authorized by the staff is not permitted.

 

Purposes and is aware of the rights conferred by the aforementioned law and of the possibilities of obtaining the cancellation of one's data from the archives, by writing to the Sammarinese Federal School of Judo as data owner.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN, UNLESS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED, TO MAKE VIDEOS/PHOTOS AND RECORDINGS OF ANY KIND.

 

The registration fee does NOT include travel, board or lodging which are completely the responsibility of the participant.

 

 Interns must respect and comply with the instructions and indications provided by the staff and by the indicated personnel of the international highly specialized centre.

 At any time, the organization reserves the right to remove the student from training who, due to behavior deemed inappropriate and prejudicial to the smooth running of the internships and should, at the unquestionable judgment of the sraff, cause damage or disturbance to

other participants.

 In case of early interruption of the course, NOTHING will be owed by the international center of high specialization - Federal School of Judo of San Marino by way of reimbursement, interest, airline or hotel reservations, bank charges, and/or

 penalties to the interested party

 

 

Pursuant to the current law on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, the participant authorizes the international center of high specialization Darcel Yandzi - Federal School of Judo of San Marino to store and process their personal data, for organisational, statistical and marketing purposes , and is aware of the rights conferred by the aforementioned law and of the possibilities of obtaining the cancellation of one's data from the archives, by writing to the Sammarinese Federal School of Judo as data owner.
