Nafudakake 

In Japanese, term nafudakake (名 札 掛 け?)   (Hiragana: な ふ だ か け) refers to a group of nameplates in un dojo di Japanese martial arts with written above the names of the disciples of the dojo, and also their ranks. Usually, each name is written on a different hanging wooden plaque.
